It's our way of rewarding you for coming back to order with us again.

When you order for the first time, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to check your order status on our site. After that order is shipped to you,
your order number turns into a "BONUS-WITH-NEXT" number that is good for up to one year (or until your next order, whichever comes first).
When you are ready for your next order, log on to your
user ID you will immediately get a link on the right
side corner as 'Bonus Item' ( this link will appear to you
only if you have an order with us which is already
shipped). You click on that link and then next to the
details of your old order you will find either a "YES" or
"NO" . The "YES" indicates that you can now select
your BONUS-WITH-NEXT by clicking on the "YES" and a
gallery will open up. If the status shows "NO" then
this means that you have already selected your
BONUS-WITH-NEXT. Accordingly an automated mail will
be received by us with your selection.
We will include the item you choose for free with your new order. The value of your "BONUS-WITH-NEXT" item is not included in the total used to calculate shipping and handling fees.
Your new order earns a "BONUS-WITH-NEXT" item for your next order, too!
Remember, your "BONUS-WITH-NEXT" item can only be shipped with your NEXT order.

No, we have special galleries for you to choose your "BONUS-WITH-NEXT" item from. These galleries are accessed from the tracking interface. Which gallery is available to you depends on the amount of your last order (not including shipping-and-handling fees). These are the five galleries:

"BONUS-WITH-NEXT" Bronze (If your previous order was for $150.00 to $249.99)

This has to do with "the economy of scale". If you are in business, you are probably familiar with this idea. A brief explanation is that with most things, if you produce a lot of them, each item costs less to make than if you produce only a few. We buy and process the materials
in bulk, which saves us money. And, as one of the largest companies in this business, we are able to use our market position to negotiate better deals with some manufacturers and mills. We pass our savings on to you.
